1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RiftoraX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Marketplace Role
RiftoraX is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use RiftoraX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must accurately describe all items, including condition, rarity, language, and any defects. Sellers must ship items promptly after payment confirmation. Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension.
5. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to pay for items they commit to purchasing. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing an order. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
6. Payments & Fees
RiftoraX charges sellers a 5% commission on each completed sale. Cryptocurrency payments are processed upon submission and verification of transaction hashes. Bank transfers are verified manually.
7. Prohibited Items
Counterfeit or altered cards, stolen goods, and items infringing on intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
8. Reporting a Problem
If you have a problem with an order, buyers should first contact the seller. For orders that have shipped, been delivered, or completed, you can report an issue directly from the order page in My Account — this opens a live chat with our support team, pre-filled with your order details, so we can help right away. Our buyer protection covers items significantly not as described.
9. Privacy
Your use of RiftoraX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
RiftoraX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the last 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of RiftoraX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
